Oxidant Decomposition

ElectraMet Gamma System

Controlled Destruction of Hydrogen Peroxide and Other Oxidants

Hydrogen peroxide and other oxidizing agents play a critical role in advanced manufacturing, particularly in semiconductor fabrication, microelectronics, and high‑purity process environments. Once these oxidants enter wastewater or reuse streams, however, they become a liability. Residual oxidants can damage downstream treatment assets, interfere with reuse systems, and prevent facilities from meeting discharge requirements.

The ElectraMet Gamma System is designed specifically to eliminate oxidizing agents from industrial wastewater under controlled conditions. Rather than diluting, neutralizing, or masking oxidants through chemical addition, Gamma converts them into benign end products, protecting downstream processes while preserving water value.
