PowerTech Water is looking for a highly motivated person to join the team as an Administrative Assistant. We are a young company working to deliver sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for removing contaminants from water. We replace traditional hazardous chemicals with an automated, clean, carbon-based electrochemical solution. No chemicals, no sludge, no hassle.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for assisting our Accounting Manager with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as well as general Human Resource and some Purchasing activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Accounting Processes and Systems including:
    • QuickBooks – bookkeeping
    • Expensify – transaction management
    • Accounts Payable
    • Assist with supply/demand forecasting and purchasing activities
    • Inventory tracking
    • Shipping coordination
    • Assist with Human Resource functions
    • Assist with Administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates degree, Bachelors is a plus.
