ElectraMet is looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and oversight of all operational activities for the company. This includes overseeing the product and project engineering, supply chain, and assembly functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering and manufacturing teams to design and deliver world class solutions to our customers.

Associate Process Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to join our team as an Associate Process Engineer. This role will be responsible for the frontline technical feasibility testing processes for new and existing customers. You will engage with new opportunities alongside our Sales team, assess the customer application requirements, and be responsible for portions of the technical process development. Applications include medium- and large-scale process separations and wastewater treatment plants at automotive, electronics, chemical, metal finishing manufacturers, mines, smelters, commercial, and municipal sites.

This position is part of the Research and Development team but will work closely with Operations and Sales. Employment will be at our headquarters, located in Lexington, KY.

Core Responsibilities:

    • Participate in new sales opportunities, taking the lead on process development
      • Work with other R&D and Project Engineering team members to configure a treatment process for the customer
      • Perform feasibility separation testing of customer-supplied water samples
      • Provide written results for Sales and Operations teams.

Associate Project Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Project Engineer with experience in water treatment systems to join our team at our Lexington, KY facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting water treatment systems installed at customer sites. Effective coordination and collaboration with other engineering/manufacturing departments is essential to meet system delivery deadlines and to continuously optimize system performance, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are required. Because ElectraMet systems are highly technical and cutting-edge, the successful candidate will be expected to wire electrical systems, pipe water systems, and design control parameters.   • Installation and Commissioning of ElectraMet systems
    • Coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams to formulate ensure systems are assembled and delivered in an appropriate timeline.
    • Piping of water treatment systems in the shop and at customer sites.
    • Wiring and troubleshooting 24 VDC and 120/240 VAC devices.

    • Generating procedures and manuals to ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of customer-deployed systems.

Industrial B2B is required with strong preference to current role/experience with sustainability and Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing. If you are a master at digital marketing but love to wear multiple hats, we are interested. This is a start-up, so being dynamic and comfortable with ambiguity is a must. We seek sales and market development experience in clean or process waters, pre-treatment, wastewater, maintenance, or services. Exposure to chemical and separation technologies for metals Is preferred.

Target markets include microelectronics, aerospace/aeronautics, tier 1 automotive, electronics recyclers, lithium-ion battery recycling, and other industrial sites. This is a hybrid role of market development, sales support, and opportunity ownership as part of the sales organization’s strategy. Time allocation expectations are 50% development and 50% opportunity management. Travel is expected at ~20-30% but KPI achievement will drive operational realities.

We need a hunter that is ready to break barriers, and someone that loves being David versus Goliath, as we are driving a disruptive technology. This role will begin as an infiltrator with the goal of establishing and scaling relationships in accounts with the goal of establishing meetings and closing pilots.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate hunter/farmer hybrid with experience developing and managing meaningful and profitable relationships with multinational accounts in the Semiconductor, Battery Recycling, PCB, General Microelectronics, and/or Aerospace/Aeronautical segments. Exposure to chemical and separation technologies for metals is preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience and existing personal network in these industries with potential clients and/or distributors is highly preferred. Travel is expected at ~20-40% but KPI achievement and operational efficiency will drive reality.

Sales Director

ElectraMet is looking for a B2B sales professional with experience providing equipment

and/or wastewater services to industrial clients. Clients include medium and large-scale process separations and wastewater treatment plants at automotive, electronics, chemical, and metal finishing manufacturers, mines, smelters, commercial, and municipal sites. Prior experience and existing personal network in these industry(ies) with potential clients and/or distributors is highly preferred.

We offer aggressive results-based variable compensation, rewarding sales team members that have the most impact driving company revenues. Strong marketing, application engineering, operational, and technical support from company internal resources so that the Sales Director can focus on developing new and existing clients and closing deals. The Sales Director is expected to be self-motivated, given freedom to create and execute a sales plan so long as the plan aligns with company minimum sales goals.
