Outbound Marketing Specialist

THE ROLE: We’re seeking a highly skilled Outbound Marketing Specialist (OMS) with a proven track record in B2B outbound marketing, preferably within an industrial solutions and services field. This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of generating new business opportunities and scaling funnel through creative, data-driven, and customer-centric approaches. You must have strong digital communication skills to collaborate and penetrate targets effectively. Primary targets will include MQLs and MQL to SQL conversion.

You will own tactics for outreach portions of our comprehensive marketing strategy by supporting digital advertising efforts and driving lead generation through targeted outreach. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn, organize, monitor, course-correct, and actively seek alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
This role will report directly to the Commercial Operations Leader (COL). Autonomy in execution is expected, but collaboration with the COL and other employees will ensure alignment with broader company goals and ongoing refinements to tactics and strategy.

Core Responsibilities:
Content Marketing & Social Media
Support content creation efforts, including blog posts and social media updates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Maintain and manage a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Leader.
Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Paid Advertising & SEO
Assist in managing PPC and social media advertising efforts.
Work closely with a PPC vendor to ensure campaigns align with marketing goals.
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and optimization.
Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct outbound outreach efforts, including calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns.
Maintain and refine structured outreach strategies based on performance and business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and the Marketing Leader to refine lead generation tactics.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Conduct regular analytics reviews to assess marketing and outreach effectiveness.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to adjust marketing approaches.
Assist in refining KPIs and reporting key insights to leadership.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the refinement of sales-generated content to ensure messaging clarity and consistency.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts contribute to broader business growth.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC management, or outbound sales outreach.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience with SEO strategies and keyword management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying execution-focused.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
