ElectraMet has been awarded two federal grants. The first is an SBIR Phase II grant from the Department of Energy (DOE) to improve selective copper removal through electrode materials development. The second is a Commercialization Readiness Program (CRP) grant from the National Institute of Health (NIH) to design a point-of-use device for lead removal from drinking water that exceeds current off-the-shelf solutions. Both projects will aim to push our metals removal and recovery technologies into new markets and expand our water treatment capabilities.
