Optimize Efficiency with ElectraMet Automation

Enhance your operations with real-time data and customizable automation.
ElectraMet provides actionable insights and system control, preventing process interruptions and improving productivity.

How it Works

Process Simplification:

ElectraMet’s systems are configured to address customer objectives for dissolved metal removal from targeted streams. The system incorporates an array of sensors, including level sensors, pH/ORP sensors, chemical analyzers, and others, to deliver confirmation of removal and process transparency. These sensors are integral to monitoring and allowing operators to control operations across their plant with the dissolved metal removal process on cruise control. ElectraMets onboard data management system, ElectraLink, can serve as the central communication tool for alerts and notifications, or the system can be seamlessly integrated into the plant facility management software or SCADA.

Process Management:

At ElectraMet, we are committed to preventing process interruptions. Data is stored onboard and may be shared to the active facility data system or historian. ElectraMet systems maintain a connection to ElectraMet HQ to ensure support is available when you need it to optimize the system as production lines change. Adaptive onboard data systems promptly notify operators and our team about vital process changes. The system does not require routine maintenance if operated within the feed specifications provided by the customer.

Integration into Your Process:

ElectraMet can be integrated into an existing treatment program to support manufacturing changes or we can completely replace existing systems to drive operational efficiencies and reduce discharge compliance risk. Due to its design, ElectraMet maintains high removal efficiency, which translates into a greatly reduced footprint compared to conventional systems. ElectraMet can be seamlessly incorporated into your SCADA system with minimal adjustments, ensuring convenient visibility and control.
